stickwise.

The best way to learn.

Bring the book you’re reading, a paper or a lecture. Stickwise turns it into a short course, then keeps asking until it sticks.

Why it works

A week after you finish a book, most of it is gone. Your memory keeps what you use, and reading on its own barely uses it. Stickwise puts it to work.

How it works

Here’s what happens to a book.

  1. You get back a short, clean textbook: every idea in plain sentences, in the author’s order. Each chapter ends with a list of what was left out, so you know exactly what you’re skipping.

  2. Each chapter turns into a few short lessons. Read a little, then answer: pick the right one, match the pairs, sort them, fill the gap. They’re meant to make you think, and a hint only shows up when you ask for one.

  3. Daily recall takes about five minutes and covers everything you’ve brought in. Whatever you’re starting to forget comes back first, and what you know well comes back less and less.

  4. Your library is private, and it’s on your phone, laptop and tablet. Bring a PDF, a DRM-free ebook, a paper, your own notes or a video’s transcript.
